Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching sessions are designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. Sessions consist of meeting with a trained wellness coach. This individual is designated to collaborate with others to identify their personal strengths and goals within eight dimensions of wellness (spiritual, occupational, intellectual, social, physical, environmental, financial, and emotional). Common issues in wellness sessions include healthy eating, smoking cessation, financial planning, job skills training, and depression wellness.  

Sessions begin at 30 minutes in length and can run longer in 15-minute increments up to an hour. Clients only are present in sessions. Individualized treatment plans are developed to identify needed areas of improvement and create goals collaboratively between provider and client. Alongside your wellness coach you will identify goals for reducing problem areas in the eight dimensions and increasing strengths to create an overall healthier you.
